BITSAT 2017 Application Form can be filled & submitted only through online mode. Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS) conducts an admission test for admission into all the integrated first-year degree programs of BITS, Pilani at Pilani, Goa & Hyderabad campuses. The admission test is known as BITS Admission Test 2017 (BITSAT 2017). Here, we are providing the complete details about BITSAT Application Form 2017.

BITSAT 2017 Application Form

Candidates can get the BITSAT Application Form 2017 only through online process. No application form will be available through offline mode. Candidates can fill the application form till 6th March 2017(Monday),5:00PM. There is no need to submit the application form via post. Candidates keep the printout of the application form for further process. If candidates want to apply for B.Pharm course also they have to submit separate application form for each campus.

Application Fee

The Application fee of BITSAT application form is Rs. 2750 (Rs. 2250 for female candidates). If candidates choose Dubai as a test center, then they have to pay US $ 60 (Rs. 4000) for both Male & Female candidates. Candidates can deposit the application fee through online (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking) & Offline (e-Challan) mode.

Note: Only Visa & Master Card is applicable.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates have to meet the eligibility criteria before filling the BITSAT Application Form 2017. The eligibility criteria are given below:

• Candidates have to pass the 10+2 or its equivalent examination with PCM.
• Those candidates seek admission into B.Pharm, they have to complete 10+2 or its equivalent examination with PCB. PCM candidates can also apply for B.Pharm.
• Candidates have to secure minimum 75% marks in PCB & PCM aggregate.
• Appearing candidates can also apply for BITSAT.

• Application Form Availability: Already Started
• Application Form submission Last Date: 6th March 2017[Monday], 5:00 PM
• Application Form Correction Starts: 7th – 10th March, 2017
• Allotment of Test Center: 15th March, 2017
• Reserve Test Date: 20th March to 5th April 2017
• Download Admit Card: 15th April to 10th May 2017
• Date of Admission Test:16th May – 30th May 2017

How to Apply

Candidates can fill the BITSAT Application Form 2017 only through online mode. Steps are mentioned here:

• Go to the official site.
• Click on the link “Click here to Apply for BITSAT 2017”.
• Read the instruction carefully.
• Now, Click on ‘Allow me to Apply Online’ button.
• Candidates have to enter their basic details for registration & click on “Proceed” button.
• Now, candidates can fill their Personal details, 12th Examination Details & Test Center Preference details.
• Click on “submit” button after filling all the details.
• Candidates can note down the application number before the fee submission.
• Now, candidates have to pay the application fee through credit card/debit card/net banking or e-Challan.
• After submitting the BITSAT application form, keep the printout of the application form for future use.

How to fill BITSAT 2017 Application Form

Before filling the BITSAT application, candidates keep ready with the given details to fill the application form.

Details Required:

• 12th Qualification Details.
• Permanent Address.
• Valid Email ID & Mobile Number.
• Exam Center City Details.
• Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking Details.

Candidates go to the given steps to fill the application form. The step wise step procedures are given below:

Step-1: Visit official portal

Candidates have to visit to the official portal & Click on the link “Click here to Apply for BITSAT 2017”.  Download the information brochure & read the instruction carefully. Click on ‘Allow me to Apply Online’ for BITSAT registration.

Step-2: Registration

Now, candidates have to register themselves by filling the basic details such as Full Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Email Address & enter captcha code. After filling the above details, click on “Proceed” button.

Step-3: Fill Online Application Form

Basic Details: Candidates have to fill their basic details such as Full Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Email ID, Father Name, Mother Name, Address, etc.

12th Examination Details: Now, Candidates have to fill their Institution Name, Name of Examination Board, Year of Passing/Appearing, etc. Board Code details are given in the information brochure.

Test Center Preference:  Candidates have to select at least three test city centers for the examination. Now click on “Submit” button. Before clicking on the proceed button, candidates can check that above filled entries are correct or not, if you want to change the filled entries then click on “Edit & Save Details” button. If all the filled details are correct then click on “Confirm & submit Details” button. The examination city center details are available in the information brochure.

Step-4: Fee Payment

Candidates can note down the BITSAT 2017 Registration number before the fee payment. Now, candidates can submit the application fee through online or offline mode. The fee-related information is given above in the section of Application Fee. After the fee submission, candidates can take the print out of the BITSAT application form for further reference.

Application Form Correction

The conducting authority gives a chance to the candidates to correct their mistakes in the BITSAT Application Form 2017. Candidates can edit their mistakes from the second week of March 2017. Only those candidates have a permission to correct their particular who have completed the application procedure & submit the fee.
